Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ameri EA website, accounts, support services, licenses and Trade Dashboard. By creating an account, purchasing or activating a license, claiming a trial, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must have the legal eligibility and capacity required under the laws that apply to you to create an account, accept these terms, make a purchase and use the service. If you do not have that capacity, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. Email registration requires email verification. You may also use Google Sign-in when it is available. A Google identity can be linked to a verified credential account only through the supported authentication flow and with a matching verified email.

You are responsible for your password, account sessions, license keys and private support links, and for activity performed through your account. Contact support promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Ameri EA may apply rate limits, email verification, CAPTCHA checks and other security controls to registration, authentication and service requests.

Trade Dashboard is a software tool for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. It provides interfaces and automation for trade planning, order execution, position management and risk controls. Features can act on a trading account according to the settings, commands and conditions supplied by the user.

You are responsible for installing and configuring the correct product and platform version, reviewing settings before use, maintaining a suitable MetaTrader and broker environment, and monitoring the results of automated or manual actions.

A paid plan is a one-time purchase for the license term and activation capacity shown at checkout. It is not a recurring subscription. Continued access after the term ends requires a separate renewal order and payment; renewal is not automatic.

A purchase license is associated with the purchasing account, product and applicable plan. The plan determines its duration and maximum number of live-account activations. Demo accounts can be registered to a purchase license without consuming a paid live-account slot. Blocked live-account activations continue to count toward that capacity until their status changes.

Keep license keys confidential. You may not bypass activation checks, conceal or falsify account or product identity, or use a key outside the access and activation rules enforced by the service.

Trade Dashboard checks product, platform, version, account and activation information when activating or validating access. When release enforcement is active, unsupported, missing or blocked versions can require an update before access continues. An available older version may continue to run when the release policy permits it.

When a trial is enabled for a product, an active and verified user may claim that product's trial once. The trial duration and activation capacity are determined by the active trial policy shown by the service.

A trial is limited to Demo trading accounts. Its period starts on the first successful activation, not when it is claimed, and every trial activation counts toward its activation limit. Trial availability may differ by product or may be disabled.

Product, plan, duration, activation capacity, price and discount information loaded by the server at checkout controls the order. A discount preview does not reserve availability; eligibility is checked again when the order is created and, where applicable, when payment is confirmed.

Checkout currently supports specified USDT and USDC token and network combinations on TRON, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. Each payment request provides an exact token amount and a 30-minute payment window. A payment is confirmed only after the service detects the required network, token contract, receiving address and exact amount and the transaction reaches the required confirmation count.

You are responsible for selecting the correct network and token and sending the exact amount to the displayed address. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Ameri EA does not control a transfer sent to an incorrect network or address and does not guarantee recovery or refund of such a transfer.

A pending, failed, expired or cancelled order does not by itself establish that funds were received or that a refund is due. A license is issued or renewed only after payment confirmation and the applicable order checks complete.

Completed purchases of digital products or licenses do not include a general or guaranteed right to a refund from Ameri EA.

Duplicate payments, overpayments, underpayments, late cryptocurrency payments, payment or reservation mismatches, and technical problems with an order or license delivery may be submitted to support for case-by-case review. A review does not guarantee a refund.

When a practical correction is available, support may consider the circumstances and offer an appropriate resolution such as a refund, replacement, credit or another solution. The available response depends on the actual payment, blockchain, order, licensing and delivery records.

You may not use the service to break applicable law; obtain access without authorization; interfere with the website, APIs, payment detection, downloads or other users; bypass license, activation, release or security controls; submit false trading-account or payment identity; misuse support; or engage in fraud, self-referral, attribution manipulation or other abuse.

Do not share credentials, license keys, private download links or private support links in a way that gives another person unauthorized access. Automated requests must remain within the documented product flows and service limits.

Participation in the Affiliate Program requires an application, approval and acceptance of the separate Affiliate Program Terms. Those terms govern qualifying referrals, commission scope and rates, promotion and disclosure rules, payout requests, and affiliate suspension or termination.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Referral and commission records are based on the attribution, order and payment rules implemented by the service.

The Ameri EA name, website content, Trade Dashboard software, visual designs, documentation, release files and related materials are owned by Ameri EA or their respective licensors. A license gives you permission to use the applicable software under these terms and the plan's access rules; it does not transfer ownership of the software or brand.

You may not present yourself as Ameri EA or an authorized representative, or use Ameri EA materials to make unauthorized product, performance or earnings claims.

Trade Dashboard is a trading tool. Ameri EA does not provide investment, financial, brokerage or account-management advice through the software, and does not guarantee profit, performance, loss prevention or any trading outcome.

Trading involves risk and may result in substantial or complete loss. You remain responsible for every trading decision, order, risk setting, automated rule, broker relationship and trading account. Software behavior can also be affected by configuration, market conditions, price gaps, liquidity, broker execution, internet connectivity, MetaTrader operation and third-party systems.

You should understand and test the relevant settings, including on a Demo account where appropriate, before using them with real funds.

We work to keep the website, authentication, payment confirmation, downloads, support and license validation available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security incidents, network or blockchain conditions, hosting providers, email delivery, MetaTrader, brokers and other dependencies can affect availability.

Ameri EA may maintain, correct or update the website, Trade Dashboard, supported versions, release rules and service features as the product develops. Some updates may be required for continued activation or validation when the release policy identifies a version as unsupported or blocked.

Ameri EA may suspend an account, revoke a license, or block or deactivate an activation when necessary to enforce these terms, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, address unauthorized access, or maintain licensing and release integrity. Suspension ends active sessions where the administration flow applies it.

There is no self-service account-deletion feature. You may contact support@ameriea.com with an account or personal-data request. Closing an account does not require Ameri EA to erase records that may be retained for security, fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, auditing or applicable legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and software are provided on an “as available” basis. Ameri EA does not guarantee that every feature will meet every trading strategy, broker environment or technical configuration.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ameri EA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, trading losses, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by market movement, broker execution, connectivity, user settings, unsupported environments, third-party services or blockchain transactions.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.

We may update these terms when the service, products or business rules change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.
