Ameri EA Partner Program

Affiliate Program Terms

Version 2026-10-03-4 · Effective October 3, 2026

These terms explain the rules for applying to and participating in the Ameri EA affiliate program. By submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and accepted this version.

1. Eligibility and approval

Existing active customers may apply to become affiliates. Anyone may submit an application, but approval requires at least one paid product order. An expired license does not undo a completed purchase.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Ameri EA may approve, reject, suspend, or end an affiliate partnership when necessary to protect customers, the brand, or the integrity of the program.

You must provide accurate application and payout information and keep it current.

2. Commission rates

Approved affiliates start at the Standard tier. Standard affiliates earn direct commission on each referred customer's first qualifying purchase only. When your direct paid sales reach the current threshold within the rolling sales window, you automatically become a Partner. The current rule and your progress are displayed in the Affiliate Portal. The rule may change for future orders, and an administrator may also assign Partner status directly. Partners can earn on qualifying repeat purchases and renewals. Automatic Partner status is recalculated when an order is created, so it may return to Standard if sales fall below the current rule.

Your direct commission rate is displayed in the Affiliate Portal and may be changed for future qualifying orders.

A rate change applies only to qualifying orders created after the change takes effect. It does not reduce commission already recorded for an earlier order.

Commission is calculated from the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and is subject to review before approval.

Partners can introduce other people who may be approved as affiliates. Only a Partner can earn an introducer commission when an affiliate they introduced earns a direct commission from a customer's qualifying purchase. You must have Partner status when that customer order is created, and your introducer rate must be above zero. When eligible, the rate is displayed in the Affiliate Portal and is based on the same discounted sale amount; it does not reduce the introduced affiliate's direct commission. The introduction relationship has no time limit, but Partner eligibility is checked for each new order. There is no commission for recruitment alone or for purchases by the introduced affiliate.

3. Qualifying referrals and commissions

A referral qualifies only when it is attributed through an approved referral link or another method accepted by Ameri EA, and the resulting order is valid and fully paid.

Cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred, or chargeback-related orders do not qualify. Associated commission may be cancelled or deducted from a future balance if it was previously credited.

Creating accounts, coordinating purchases, or using any other method to manipulate attribution or commission is prohibited.

4. Promotion and disclosure

Promotions must be truthful, accurate, and lawful. Spam, misleading advertising, guaranteed-profit claims, fabricated results, unauthorized brand claims, and presenting yourself as an employee or official representative of Ameri EA are prohibited.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable law or the rules of the platform where you promote Ameri EA.

You may not provide financial advice on behalf of Ameri EA or make product, performance, or earnings claims that Ameri EA has not authorized.

5. Payout requests

Only approved commission shown as available in the Affiliate Portal may be requested for payout.

Ameri EA will process a complete and valid payout request within 30 calendar days after receiving it.

A request is complete and valid when the required payout information is accurate and the account and related transactions are not subject to a fraud, refund, compliance, or ownership review. The processing period is paused until missing information is supplied or a necessary review is completed.

The affiliate is responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to their earnings.

6. Suspension and termination

Ameri EA may suspend access, withhold affected commission while investigating, or terminate participation for violation of these terms, fraud, abuse, harm to the brand, or unlawful conduct.

Legitimate commission recorded before termination remains payable after required reviews and adjustments, unless it arose from prohibited or non-qualifying activity.

7. Changes to these terms

Ameri EA may update these terms as the program develops. Material changes will be presented through the website or Affiliate Portal. Continued participation after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of that version where permitted.
